Picture Symbol Language Activity Book (#48012-IN)

Ages 4 through adult. The language activities in this book use picture symbols from the Library of International Picture Symbols (LIPS) to build vocabulary, comprehension, and sentence production skills. The lessons are designed primarily for students with limited vocabulary or students who have difficulty constructing simple sentences.
Short stories are included in which picture symbols are printed above key words within the text. Students can also construct sentences by sequencing picture symbols. The activities are perfect for students with autism, developmental disabilities, or students who need to point to communicate.
