If you ordered a downloadable product, please log into your account to retrieve it. Click on the word "download" by the product name and save the product folder to your hard drive.

 

Products that you download are in a compressed "zip" folder. To use the files in the folder, users of the Windows operating system can generally get the files to open by "right clicking" on the folder and selecting the "extract" option. This will decompress the files and place them into another folder so that they can be used. You can also get the files to open by double clicking on the zip folder and then copying the files to another folder on your computer.
